1. What can I customize on my cap?

You can personalize your cap with names, logos, favorite quotes, or any small design that feels special to you. (We currently don't offer pet portraits, but we’re all about turning your ideas into wearable art!)

2. Is the embroidery/print durable? Will it peel or fade?

We use high-quality embroidery and professional printing technology to ensure long-lasting products. To maintain the best condition, we recommend gentle hand washing or using a delicate machine wash cycle.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Design & Production Time: Typically 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible!

4. Can I return or exchange my custom cap?

Since all items are custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an error on our end. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

5. Will the cap fit me?

Yes! Most of our caps feature an adjustable strap in the back to comfortably fit a wide range of head sizes.

6. Do you take bulk or team orders?

Absolutely! Whether it’s for an event, team, or business, we’d love to help. Message us or send an email and we’ll work with you on pricing and design.

7. How do I send you my custom design?

You can upload your design file or include a note with your ideas at checkout. We’ll follow up if we need any clarifications before making your cap.

8. What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?

No worries! If there’s an error in production (wrong design, defects, or wrong item sent), we offer 100% refund or free replacement.

9. Can I order a custom cap as a gift for someone?

Of course! Custom cap makes a meaningful and heartfelt gift. Let us know if it’s a gift — we can even offer gift wrapping upon request! 🎁
